The package is damaged. What am I supposed to do?

Check the ordered goods immediately upon receipt and in the presence of the carrier.
If you notice any visible damage, please note any objections (formulate them as accurately and completely as possible) on the delivery note, which you will then sign.
If you notice any further defects, please contact Mechanic International in writing within 8 days.

Return of goods

You have ordered a product and you will receive another product.
In this case Mechanic International has made a mistake, we will take care of the costs for the return shipment.
You can report an error like this by contacting our customer service within 30 working days after the delivery date.
Custom made goods cannot be returned. (e.g. containers, keys, locks)

Repair of goods

If you have purchased a defective product, please contact our customer service department.
You will be assigned a return number, which you will need to provide when the goods are returned.
When a product is still under warranty, Mechanic International will take care of the costs for repair and shipping.
When the product is not defective due to Mechanic International, return, repair and/or shipping costs will be charged.
