A shipping container is a sturdy, standardized container designed for international transport by ships, trains, and trucks, resistant to extreme conditions. A storage container is mainly used for temporary or permanent storage of goods at a fixed location and can be customized for specific storage needs. Shipping containers can often be used as storage containers, but the reverse is not always possible.

An office container is a container set up as office space, equipped with windows, lighting, and sometimes furniture, ideal for temporary workspaces. A sanitary container contains facilities such as toilets, sinks, and showers, and is used at locations where temporary sanitary facilities are needed. The difference: one provides workspace, the other sanitary facilities.

The standard colors for office containers are blue (RAL 5010), light gray (RAL 7035), and white (RAL 9010). Shipping containers are typically red-brown in color. Of course, we can also provide other colors upon request.

Shipping containers are available in various qualities: 

New containers (One-Trip): Brand new and in excellent condition, ideal for long-term storage or transport. 

Used containers: A-grade: Structurally sound and fully watertight. 

B-grade: Usable, structurally sound, and watertight, but with minor signs of wear. 

C-grade: Are often waterproof but less suitable for storage or transport.

 

Yes, you can build with containers! Shipping and office containers are durable, strong, and cost-effective, and are increasingly used for building homes, offices, and other structures. They are quick to install and flexible in design, as they can be stacked or connected. Container construction is also environmentally friendly because existing containers are reused, which helps reduce waste. This makes container construction a practical, fast, and sustainable solution for various construction projects, including our own company building in ASSE.

If the containers are in stock, delivery can usually take place within 7 working days, depending on the workload. For modifications/custom-made containers, delivery times are always agreed upon in advance through consultation.

The container location requires a flat and solid surface that is prepared in advance. However, it always depends on the type of containers and how many you want to place (or stack). A site visit in advance is recommended, especially in the case of connected office containers.

Our containers are delivered with a crane as standard. If desired, we can also deliver without a crane, but in that case, you will need to unload the container yourself.

A CSC certificate (Convention for Safe Containers) is an internationally recognized certificate that proves a shipping container meets the safety requirements of the International Convention for Safe Containers. This certificate is required for containers used worldwide to transport goods by sea. The CSC certificate ensures that the container meets specific standards for structural integrity, safety, and inspection. Without a valid CSC certificate, a container cannot be used for international sea transport. The certificate is usually issued after an inspection of the container, which can be carried out by an accredited authority or the container company itself.

An ISO certificate refers to a certification awarded to companies or organizations that meet the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). These standards are globally recognized and cover various aspects of business operations, such as quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), information security (ISO 27001), and many other areas. Obtaining an ISO certificate shows that an organization meets specific quality or performance standards and is committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. It can help improve business processes, increase efficiency, and build trust with customers and partners.

Carho Worthy (CW) is a term used in the shipping container industry. It means that a container meets the safety and quality standards required for transporting goods by sea. A Carho Worthy container is suitable for being loaded with cargo and can be used for international transport. This certificate confirms that the container is in good condition and can be safely used to transport goods without compromising the contents. The term is often associated with the CSC certificate, which is required for shipping containers used internationally.

Office containers are available in various levels of finish. By default, we offer the following options: Basic Line, Classic Line, Standard Line, Plus Line, and Premium Line. Of course, the level of finish can be tailored to the specific needs of the client.

Yes, we rent out sea, office, and storage containers (both new and used).

The standard minimum rental period is one month.

The rental agreement can be terminated in writing by providing the order number. Upon receipt of your cancellation, we will contact you to arrange the pickup of the relevant containers. Our general rental terms remain in effect until the pickup of the containers.

The tenant is liable for all damages, ranging from burglary to natural disasters. It is therefore strongly recommended to properly insure the units. Additionally, according to the rental terms and conditions, it is mandatory to report any damage to us immediately.

Padlocks are locking mechanisms consisting of a casing with a locking mechanism and a shackle that can be opened or closed. They are commonly used to block access to items or areas, such as gates, lockers, or bicycles. The lock is secured by placing the shackle into the lock and clicking it shut, and it can be opened with a key or combination, depending on the type of padlock. Padlocks are available in various sizes and security levels, depending on the application.

Locks and padlocks are classified into different security classes to determine their level of protection against burglary and tampering. Each supplier has its own security classification. On THIS page, you can find them all.

You are legally entitled to a 2-year warranty on padlocks and cylinder locks. Is your padlock defective? Feel free to contact us.

The delivery time for padlocks depends on the type of lock you choose and the availability in stock. If the lock is not in stock, the delivery time is at least 10 working days. If you have any questions about the delivery time, feel free to contact us.

Keys can always be re-ordered based on the key certificate. Make sure to keep this certificate safe at all times.

It is not possible to order a certified key without the corresponding certificate. Have you lost the certificate? Then contact us by phone or fill out the CONTACT FROM on our website.

Cylinder locks are locks with a cylindrical mechanism that uses a key to lock or unlock. They are widely used due to their flexibility, replaceability, and various security levels.
